Biography

Elizabeth (Ardern) Bunce was born in Bunbury, Cheshire, England.

Elizabeth Ardern (1770-1855) was born in the parish of Bunbury, Cheshire around August 1770 ^[1] and christened there on the 26th August 1770. She was the daughter of John Ardern. ^[2]

She married a joiner, William Bunce in Bunbury parish on the 13th February 1795, ^[3] the licence having been obtained by William the previous day. ^[4]

They lived in Tiverton, Cheshire ^{[5] [6]}

Her husband died in 1845 and she was shown widowed in the 1851 census for Tiverton. ^[7]

She died there on the 13th February 1855 ^{[8] [9]} and was buried in the churchyard at Tilstone Fearnall, Cheshire in Bunbury parish. ^[1]
