Biography
Torrey was born in Charlotte in 1945 to George Amrstrong and Allison Torrence. He passed away in 2001 and is buried at Ivy Hill Cemetery in Alexandria, VA.[1]
He married Charlsie Cheek about 1972. The couple had two children Catherine Armstrong and Charles Jr.[2]
