Biography

In 1860 Jonathan was residing near families surnamed Bird and Snider. Jonathan's 1862 military record shows he died of disease the same year he joined the service.

John died in 1862 but there was another John E. Arnsdorff in Effingham, GA in the 1867 voter list:

Whether the following bond was for the estate of the first or second surviving John Arnsdorff or one of the younger sons of John Arnsdorff is unknown.
