Ann Maria Attewell was born in 1859 in Westerham, Kent, England to John Attewell and Ann (Buckwell) Attewell. Her birth was registered in Sevenoaks, Kent in the third quarter of the year.^[1] Ann Maria was christened in Westerham on 11 Sep 1859.^[2]
