Biography
Joseph was baptised on 16 May 1796 in Ashton under Hill, Gloucestershire by parents Thomas and Elizabeth [1].
In 1813 Joseph married Mary Davies in Wells, Somerset. Elizabeth Attwood was a witness. [2].
In the 1841 census Edwin (age 15) was on Cannon Street, Gloucestershire, England.[3]
In 1851 Joseph was widowed and living with on Cannon street, St James, Gloucestershire with children Eliza, John and Charle. They were all born in Wells, Somerset. Joseph was a Cooper. [4][5]
Joseph died aged 59 in 1855. He was buried in Ashton under Hill on 9th October. [6]
