1915 State Census- Albany Ward 7, New York with Ralph and 2 children 1920 Federal Census- still in NY but now in Ward 13, Albany, New York. 1930 Federal Census- They are now in Norfolk Va...probably following work..Ralph as a mechanic/steel fabricator would easily find work here.. 1940 Federal Census still finds Ralph and Rhea in Va....and at the same house..The children are almost all grown and married and the grandchildren count climbing.
