On December 3, 1891, Alexander married Elmira Pilcher in Boone County, Missouri.[2]
Alexander died on April 12, 1955 in Columbia, Missouri.[1]
He is buried in the Barnes Chapel Cemetery in Columbia, Missouri.[3]
