Jane Cowan (nee Barrie), born 25th December 1822, Paisley. Jane died on the 12 May, 1908 in Sandymount, Otago. Jane is buried in Adnersons Bay Cemetery, Otago, New Zealand.[1]
Jane must have emigrated to New Zealand between 1854 and 1855 because one daughter is born in Scotland in 1854 and the other is born in New Zealand in 1855.
