Ann was born in 1896. She is the daughter of Adam Baskin and Mary Hamilton. [1]
At the time of the 1911 Census Annie is staying at the home of her Uncle and Aunt, George and Annie Adair at Gilbertstown, Dunkineely.
Annie was 22 when she married Robert Long aged 30 of Killaghtee at the Ardara Parish Church on 2 April 1918. William Warke and her sister Charlotte Baskin were their witnesses.[2]
Five known children were sourced in their marriage (source FindAGrave), John 1919, Annie 1922, Robert 1929, Catherine 1929 and Hamilton 1932.
She was widowed in 1956.
Annie died in 1978 and is buried at St Peter's Churchyard, Killaghtee.
Also in the burial plot are Robert Long 1886-1956, their sons John 1919-1982, Robert 1929-1995 and their daughter Catherine 1929-2013. Their son Hamilton 1932-2012 is in a separate plot at St Peters.
