Biography
Barbara was born in 1939. She was the daughter of George Clifford Baxter (1912–1992) and Freda Celesta Burris (1910–1982). She passed away in 2012.
She married Carl Ray McWhorter on 19 September 1956, in Vinton, Vinton, Ohio. Their children were Terry R. McWhorter (1957–2022), Brenda D. McWhorter, Carl R. McWhorter Jr (1963–1986), Ronnie McWhorter (1973–2002) and Peggy McWhorter.
