Eileen Peaches Pearl Beardsley Nufher, 89, of Vienna, WV, passed away on Thursday, January 17, 2013, at 4:45pm at Wake Medical Center, Raleigh, NC. She was born on April 15, 1923, in Beverly a daughter of Charles Clarence and Nora Helen Peters Beardsley. She was a homemaker and had been employed at Marietta Laundry and St. Josephs Hospital. She was a Methodist by faith. Eileen enjoyed singing, dancing, gardening and cooking.
She was married to Fred Hunt who preceded her in death. Surviving are 3 sons and 2 daughters: William V. (Durlyn) Hunt of Whiting, NJ, Darlene Weaver of Clayton, NC, Chuck (Mary Jane) Hunt of St. Marys, WV, Carl Hunt of Salem, OH, Linda (Richard) Temple of Clayton, NC, 17 grandchildren, 26 great grandchildren, 3 great, great grandchildren.
She later married Lloyd Nuhfer who preceded her in death. Surviving is 1 daughter, Marcia (Gregory) West of Vienna, WV and 2 grandchildren.
She is also survived by 2 brothers and 1 sister: Herbert Beardsley of Lowell, Eloise Strahler of Washington Court House, OH, Lloyd Beardsley of Devola and several nieces and nephews.
