Frank Becker, proprietor of the White House hotel and restaurant, McKeesport, was born in Versailles township, Allegheny county, Pa.. Dec. 26, 1859. He is a son of Christoph Becker and Mary A. Richart, natives of Mainz, Germany.March 2, 1886. he married Lizzie, daughter of Titus Beiter and Treso Witt, of Irwin, Pa.
