Biography
Joannis was born about 1680 in Leiden. [1] Also: Bijster, and: Bijste. He was working in the textile industry.
He married Maria Hanna[aart] on 3 August 1709 in Leiden. Witnesses were Johannes Beijster (probably nephew or) cousin of the groom residing in the Koolstraet in Leiden, and Grietje Hanna her sister in law ('snaar') residing Uytterstegragt (Uiterstegracht) Leiden. [2]
He passed away after 10 April 1735, when he and his wife were witnesses at the baptizing of Bernardus Gelaij.
