Biography
Fernande was born in 1920. She was the daughter of Joseph Belanger and Albina Vachon. She was raised in New Hampshire.[1] She married Fred Babcock.[2]They had two children together. Billie died in 2010[3] and is buried in Holy Rosary Cemetery, Rochester, Strafford County, New Hampshire. [4]
