Charles was born in 1876.[1]

He married (1) Maude B Ruthruff in 1902 at Lansing, Michigan.[2]

He married (2) Doris C. "Dora" Kellogg, in 1907 at Yakima, Washington.[3]

He passed away in 1953 at Mount Vernon, Washington.[4]
