Biography
Frank Ellsworth Best was born in New York City on 8 Feb 1884 to Richard James Best and Mary Ora Butler of New York.[1] He was baptized 19 Jun 1888 in Bethany Church.[2]
He was tall with brown hair and grey eyes. [3] In 1917, he lived in New Jersey.[4] In 1935, he lived in Detroit, Michigan.[5] In 1940, he lived in Chicago, Illinois.[6]
