Charles was born on 10 October 1843 in Liverpool, England.[1][2] He was the son of Thomas and Charlotte Bird.[3][4][5][6] He was baptized on 3 December 1843.[7]
He was a lawyer in Cincinnati, Hamilton County, Ohio.[8]
Charles died on 25 May 1895 in Cincinnati, Hamilton County, Ohio.[9][10][11] He was buried in Spring Grove Cemetery.[12][13][14]
