American swing jazz drummer

Son of William Henry Bishop & Emma Virginia Newman. Sister: Bessie.

Wallace was touring Europe in 1949 with jazz trumpet player Wilbur Dorsey "Buck" Clayton, when he decided not to go back to the United States.
