Agnes Blackburn was born about 1825 in Preston, Lancashire, England, [1] the daughter of James Blackburn. [2]
She married Neal Deane on 6 February 1843 in St Nicholas' church, Liverpool, Lancashire.[2]
In 1861, aged 36, she was with her husband, 5 children and her niece at 52 Hurst Street. Liverpool. [1]
