James was baptised 11 Feb 1844 at St. Gregory and St. Martin, Wye, Kent[2]. Parents Richard and Jane.
James married Matilda Gower in Jun Qtr 1864 in Elham R.D., Kent[3].
James died 31 Jul 1915 aged 71 at Elham Union, Lyminge and was buried 13 Aug 1915 at Cheriton Road Cemetery, Folkestone, Kent[4].
