She passed away on 3 October 1920 in Sale Victoria, Australia.[7]
EASTERBY.-Oon the 3rd October, at the residence of her son-in-law. Mr. S. Napper, "Tinniswood," Stawell street, Sale, Jennie, widow of the late R..T Easterby, Journalist, and dearly beloved mother of Harry. (Queensland), Dick (Malvern), Lil and Nell (Sale), aged 82 years. Reunited.[8]
