Candice was born on 10 August 1977.^[1]

Candice was a victim of the mass shooting at the Route 1 Harvest Fest outdoor concert in Las Vegas, Nevada. [[1]]^[2]

Candice was a single mother of three. Candice worked as a waitress. She had two children, aged 16 and 20.

She adopted her 2-year-old niece in May of 2017.

She passed away in 2017. Candice was mentioned on a memorial with a death date of 2 October 2017.^[3]

She was remembered for her joyous personality. "Candice left this world doing what she loved, dancing to country music among loved ones," said the organizer of her fundraiser for funeral and her children's expenses. "She will be greatly missed by all who knew and loved her." Her family described her as a superhero who loved country music. "It was a gift that she was able to spend her final moments doing what she loved with those she loved even more," her family said. "Her strength, fierce loyalty and memory will live on through their lives and those of her family and friends who loved her so dearly. Her children included a recently adopted 2-year-old, her family said in a statement.
