Thomas Allen Bradley was born February 22, 1942 in Pomona Park, Florida, son of Sabra Elizabeth McClellan and Allen Mathis Bradley[1] . He came to live in Seville from Pierson in 1963. He was very active in the early days of NASCAR and had friendships with drivers such as Smokey Yunick, Fireball Roberts, Davey Allison and Cale Yarborough. Later after earning his bachelor's degree he taught automotive shop at Crescent City Jr-Sr High School and retired in 1995.[2]
He drove a 1978 Ford Ranchero Wolfpack edition originally purchased for his daughter. That car rescued family members from the roadside many, many times. Went he got older and the low ride of the Ranchero gave him trouble, he drove a blue Ford stepside pickup truck.[3].
