Biography
Jane was born in 1645. She is the daughter of Robert Bracewell. She is mentioned in his will as Jane Stokes.[1]
Jane was married three times. She first married Robert Stokes in 1667.

- President Lyndon Baines Johnson is a descendant of her second husband, Robert Eley. Their great great granddaughter, Ann Nannie Eley married John Johnson about 1790. LBJ is a great great grandson of this couple.
- The will of Jane Roberts dated June 24, 1711 mentions land bought from "my brother Richard Braswell".
