Thomas Brick migrated from Ireland to United States.
Thomas Brick served in the United States Civil War. Enlisted: 4 Jan 1864 Mustered out: 30 Jun 1865 Side: USA Regiment(s): 1st Regiment, New York Dragoons
Thomas Brick was born in Limerick, Ireland in 1840. He was 11 years old when he arrived in New York on 5 Jun 1851 aboard the Limerick Lass. The potato famine was from 1845-1852, and the passengers on this ship were many young people and children, so it was likely a mercy ship. There does show likely parents, Bryan and Johanna Brick, traveling with Thomas. Thomas was working as a farmer in the 1860 census. He married Anna Mahar, and they have a long life together. They have eight known children, two died young, but the other six have long lives. Thomas passes away at age 80 in 1920.

Thomas Brick and Ann Mahar
Decided they would travel afar
They soon had 8 little Bricks
And daughter Anna married George Mix
So connecting them did not need a Superstar.
