Biography

Giuseppe Briganti is born and baptized on 14 March 1862 in Corleone. He is the son of Vincenzo Briganti and Maria Santa Baglio. His godparents are Giovanni Birtone and Salvatrice Raja, a married couple.^[1]

On the Trimveria, arriving in New Orleans in 1893, these passengers are not identified by last town of residence, but many have already been identified as natives of Corleone. A partial list follows:
