Biography

Richard was born in 1800 at Dalton in Furness. He was the son of Thomas Briggs and Ann. ^[1]

He married Jane Todd in 1828 at Dalton in Furness. ^[2]

In 1861, Richard was a wood sawyer, living with his wife and several children. ^[3]

He passed away in 1880. ^[4]
