Agnes was shown as born 1574 at Fishlake, about 55 miles away, the daughter of William Briggs, but that Agnes died in infancy and was buried at Fishlake on 12 July 1575, Agnes daughter of William Brigge.[4] Brigge (the name as spelled on the marriage) is a common name at Keighley. There is a baptism of Agnes Brigge daughter of Christopher Brigge at Keighley on 29 August 1583 which would fit this marriage, and there may be others. Detaching Agnes as daughter of William of Fishlake.
Agnes is shown as the mother of Dionis Stell born at Steeton 1611, but no baptism found at the moment. There is a baptism of Dionis Stell on 2 January 1611/1612 at Kildwick, son of Robert Stell and his wife Isabella of Steeton,[5][6] who seem to be the most likely parents.
