Biography
Alice died 29 September 1977 in Coshocton.[1] Burial was at Valley View, Warsaw[2]
"Mrs. Alice I. Bickel, 62, of Warsaw Route 1 died at her home Thursday at 10:30 p.m. following an extended illness.
She was born in Monroe Township, Coshocton County to Hanby W. and Nora Shellhorn Brillhart July 3, 1915.
On Dec. 13, 1936 she was married to Clyde A. Bickel, who survives.
Also surviving are a son, Allen Bickel of Warsaw Route 1; five sisters, Miss Gertrude Brillhart and Mrs. Enice Root, both of Coshocton, Mrs. Arthur (Donna) Robinson of Macon, Ga. And Mrs. Wallace (Jean) Williamson of Warsaw Route 1 and two grandchildren.
One daughter, one sister, three brothers and one grandchild are deceased.
Mrs. Bickel was a member of Spring Mountain United Methodist Church.
Funeral services will be Monday 1:30 p.m. at the Fischer Funeral Home in Warsaw with the Rev. Ronald Davis officiating. Burial will be in Valley View Cemetery."[3]
