Biography

Albert was born in 1847. He is the son of Philo Bristol and Prudence Rugg.

Albert, with his brothers Judson, Noah, and George, moved to the mid-west to work in sheep farming. This 1880 Census places his family in Cheyenne, Laramie, Wyoming, United States where he is a Wool Grower. ^[1] Along with his wife and son, there are three boarders.

He died in Lincoln, Nebraska in 1910 and is buried in Cheyenne, Wyoming. ^[2] BRISTOL FUNERAL-- Albert Wesley Bristol, aged 64 years, who died in Lincoln early in the week, will be buried from the First Presbyterian church, Saturday morning at 9 o'clock. The deceased left one son, Albert, freight conductor on the C. & S.; one daughter living in Mexico City, one brother, a physician at Evanston, Wyo., one sister at Vergens, Vt. -Wyoming Tribune December 09, 1910 page 9
