Timothy Brooke was born in Birstall, Yorkshire, England.

Timothie Brooke, the son of Richard Brooke and Sibbell Waterhouse, was baptised on 4 November 1636 in St Peter's Church, Birstall, West Riding of Yorkshire, England.^[1][2]

He made his Will dated 1700. Buried in Birstall Churchyard on 20th January 1700/1

Extract from the Will of his father in 1664 "I gave and bequeath to Timothy Brooke my sonne 12d Lawful English money out of all personall Estate and noe more, because he hath beene more than sufficiently preferred before."

He was a very wicked man.
