Biography
Walter Brown was enumerated as boarder of the head of household at Strickland Street Hotel, Militia District 730, Douglas County, Georgia for the April 18, United States Census, 1930. He was noted as born 1886 in Georgia and single. He was an perator (telegraph) as seen in an image of the original census. Also included in the household are head Joseph L Wray, wife Emmie J Wray, son George C Wray, daughter Catherine Wray, son Daniel B Wray, son Donald L Wray and boarder John Annally.[1]
