Biography

Mary A. Buck was born on 17 February 1790, in North Carolina, the daughter of Hans Michael Buck and Susanna Morris. She married John Hays on 2 May 1813, in Butler, Worthington Township, Richland, Ohio. She died on 8 September 1862, in Indiana, United States, at the age of 72, and was buried in Prairie Township, Henry, Indiana.
