Minnie was born on the 5th October 1869[1] at St. Pancras or Marylebone[2], Middlesex, England and baptised on the 18th October 1875 at St. Pancras, Middlesex, England, the daughter of Reuben Budd (assistant to a mineral water manufacturer) and Elizabeth Budd of 1 Sandwich Street[1].
On the 25th December 1889, Minnie witnessed the marriage of her sister Kate to her cousin William Henry Smith at St. Pancras, London, England[3].
On the 23rd August 1896, Minnie was a witness at the marriage of her sister Alice Maud Budd to her cousin Edwin George Smith at St. Mary Magdalene, Southwark, London, England[4].
