Biography
James was born in 1767. He passed away in 1837.
James was the son of William Butler b. 4-12-1738 d. 3-13-1821 and Jane Woodward b. 8-3-1739 d. 7-1-1814. They married 4-20-1762. William's father was Noble Butler who died abt 1801. Jane's parents were James and Ann (Pyle) Woodward of West Bradford.
