Elizabeth (Buttle) Hallett was born in Devon, England.

She married William Hallett in 1857 in Honiton, Devon, England[3]

She was the head of the household living at Yonder Street, Ottery St Mary, Devon, England and she was working as a silk winder in 1861[4]

She was living with her husband and children in Ottery St Mary, Devon, England and she was a painter's wife in 1871[5]

She was still living with her husband and children still in Ottery St Mary, Devon, England in 1881[6]

She was still living with them at West Hill Road, Ottery St Mary, Devon, England in 1891[7]

She was visiting Emily Swann in Sidmouth, Devon, England and She was livign on her own means in 1901[8]

She was widowed and living with her son Charles in Chard, Somerset, England and she was a old age pensioner in 1911[9]
