Biography
William Callahan enlisted as a private 9 Aug 1862 in Co. "E" 68th Reg. Indiana Vol. at Lawrenceburg, IN under Capt. Alexander Beckman. He was discharged 7 May 1864 at Indianapolis, IN on disability. His widow Mary Ann received at pension Cert # 399718.
