Kathrine Cameron was born about 19 October 1740 in West OR Old Parish, Greenock, Renfrewshire, Scotland[1], daughter of John Cameron (1702 - ) and Margaret (Roger) Cameron (1707 - ).
Kathrine (~23) married George Dempster (~21) (born in Monikie, Angus, Scotland about 9 January 1743), son of Henry Dempster and Anna Syme, on 12 June 1764 in Erskine, Renfrewshire[2] [3]. Their children were:
