Thomas married Alice Doherty (1872 - ) on 8 Apr 1895 in Johnville, Carleton County, New Brunswick, Canada. Their daughter was Ida Cammack (1898 - ).
Thomas died on 12 Jan 1905 in Woodstock, Carleton, New Brunswick aged 54.[1]
Murdered his brother-in-law, William Doherty. He was found guilty after a trial and hung on January 12, 1905 in the Common Gaol, Woodstock, N.B. The hanging was done by Sheriff Hayward, and was a bad hanging. Cammack took 19 minutes to die.[2]
