Susan Lucille Campbell was born on December 22, 1899 in Nelsonville, York Township, Athens, Ohio, United States, daughter of Leonard Augustus Forbes (1867–1951) and Mary Margaret Burchfield (1871–1959).

Susan (26) married Charles Franklin Tolliver (27) (born on September 8, 1899 in Nelsonville) on October 26, 1926 in Athens. [1]

In the 1900 census Suzie (age 1) was the daughter of Leonard Campbell in Nelsonville, York Township, Athens, Ohio, United States.[2] Leonard Campbell 33, wife Mary M Campbell 28, son Eugene B Campbell 9, daughter Hazle A Campbell 8, son John D Campbell 3, daughter Suzie C Campbell 1.

In the 1910 census Susie (age 10) was the daughter of Lenord A Campbell in York, Athens, Ohio, United States.[3] Lenord A Campbell 41, wife Mary Campbell 37, son Eugene B Campbell 19, son John D Campbell 12, daughter Susie C Campbell 10, son Gerald A Campbell 9.

In the 1930 census Susie (age 30) was the wife of Charles F Tolliver in York, Athens, Ohio, United States.[4] Charles F Tolliver 30, wife Susie L Tolliver 30, stepdaughter Margaret Collins 11, stepson Virgil L Collins 9.

In the 1940 census Susie (age 40) was the wife of Charles F Tolliver in Nelsonville, York Township, Athens, Ohio, United States.[5] Charles F Tolliver 40, wife Susie Tolliver 40, stepson Virgil L Collins 19.

In the 1950 census Susan (age 50) was the wife of Charles F Tolliver in Nelsonville, York Township, Athens, Ohio, United States.[6] Charles F Tolliver 50 years, wife Susan Lucille Tolliver 50 years, son C Timothy Tolliver 9 years.

Susan died on March 8, 1962 in Nelsonville, aged 62. She was buried in Greenlawn Cemetery, Nelsonville, Ohio.[7][8]
