Joseph Candrar who has this week been reported "missing in action" is one of the Minneapolis Jewish draftees. He was born in Yaroshev, Government of Podolia, where he lived until he immigrated to America in 1911, since which he made his home, first in St. Paul and then in Minneapolis. He has no relitives in this country. He was a member of Poale Zion organization, and was sent to camp in the first draftees about a year ago.
