Frank enlisted in the air corp on February 25, 1942 in Detroit, Michigan.[2] He was single and had no dependents.[2] He rose to the rank of Major in the armed services.[3]
Frank married Madelynn Draper before the 1950 census.[4] In 1951, he and Madelynn Draper lost a child, Michaele Lee Carney.[5]
In December 1986, Franklyn married Linda Carol Arnold in Cumberland County, Tennessee.[6]
He died on June 18, 1988[7] and is buried in Green Acres Memorial Garden in Crossville (Cumberland County), Tennessee.[3]
