Greenville P Carter was born on March 25, 1840 in Scott County, Virginia. He was the son of Milton Carter.
He passed away April 26, 1902 (aged 63) in Bigstone, Elliott County, Kentucky and was interred in M. L. Carter Cemetery in Sandy Hook, Elliott County, Kentucky.[1]
