Biography
Alice was born on 16 February 1803 in Newton, Rockingham, New Hampshire, USA. She was the daughter of Nathaniel Carter and his wife Sarah.[1]
When Alice was 20 she married Thomas Hale Fifield on 24 June 1823 at an unknown location. A resident of Enfield, New Hampshire, Alice was his first wife, he would marry Alice's sister Susan Choate (nee Carter) in 1845. [2]
Alice died at the age of 41 on 11 May 1844 in Valpariso, Indiana.[3]
