Thomas Carter married Elizabeth Lennard by banns on October 12, 1755 at the Parish Church of St Laurence in Catsfield, Sussex, England.[1] At the time of their marriage both were living in Catsfield. Elizabeth signed the marriage register, Thomas made his mark.

Thomas was buried at the Parish Church of St Laurence in Catsfield on April 5, 1771.[2]
