Voyage of the Australian Government WW1 troop transport HMAT A41 Bakara on which troops embarked from Adelaide, South Australia on 28 April 1916.
- Note this vessel started its life as either the Constaff or Cannstatt and operated by the Deutsch-Australische DG of Hamburg. Seized as a war prize by the Australian Government in 1915, and manned by Australian Officers and Crew. The Bakara eventually completed 5 journeys to war zones as a troopship and two others carrying general cargo to England.
