Voyage of the Australian Government WW1 troop transport HMAT A41 Bakara on which troops embarked from Adelaide, South Australia on 28 April 1916.

Note this vessel started its life as either the Constaff or Cannstatt and operated by the Deutsch-Australische DG of Hamburg. Seized as a war prize by the Australian Government in 1915, and manned by Australian Officers and Crew. The Bakara eventually completed 5 journeys to war zones as a troopship and two others carrying general cargo to England.
