This is an abandoned early Kosciusko County, IN Cemetery. It has been badly neglected over the years and has no access road.The cemetery is actually located with the NE 1/4 of Section 15, Washington Township, Kosciusko Co., IN. Access is only through private land. In the early 1940's the farm owner took the flat tombstones to use as pavers. When later required to return them, he dumped them in a pile in the cemetery. Some have been restored. About 1941, the DAR made a partial list of the burials and in 1976, Lester Binney verified or corrected that list, now in book form at the Kosciusko Co., IN Historical Society Library in Warsaw.
