Y-DNA Haplogroup I-FTB6615 is a branch discovered by the Big Y-700 test. It was formed by two Duke men who were thought to be descendants of John Duke of Isle of Wight, Virginia.

While the exact ancestor tied to this branch is not yet definitively confirmed, evidence from the Duke DNA Study seems to indicate that this SNP is related to Samuel Dukes, Jr. or possibly his father. One male descendant of Samuel Jr.'s brothers could help identify this branch.
