Biography

George Alfred Chandler was born in about 1850. He was the son of Alfred Thomas Chandler and Ann White (Kidd) Chandler. He was christened on 22 Mar 1850 at Godalming.

George became an architect.

George died on 5 Jan 1877, aged 26 (according to the gravestone) or 27 (according to the burial record) at his home in Farncombe. He was buried on 9 Jan 1877 in Nightingale Cemetery, Godalming, in the consecrated section.
