Biography
Ida was born in 1866. She was the daughter of Delos Chappell and Mary Blowney. She married Henry Palmer in 1886, but they had no children (in her 1910 Census entry, Ida writes that she's had 0 children in her lifetime). Ida passed away in 1914.
